We provide guidance and assistance relating to mutual fund investments, health insurance, life insurance, general insurance, MSME / Udyam registration and GeM services.

Products such as mutual fund schemes and insurance policies are issued by third parties, for example fund houses and insurers. Registrations are completed on official government portals. We help you understand your options and complete the process, and we are not the issuer of those products or the operator of those portals.

Shiva Financial Services is registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) as a Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-370314, EUIN E709579, valid until 9 September 2029) and holds Udyam registration as a micro enterprise (UDYAM-UP-15-0145867). Distributors may receive commission from asset management companies on regular plan investments.

Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Insurance policies are issued by insurers under their own terms, conditions and exclusions. Shiva Financial Services is a private service provider. It is not part of, or affiliated with, the Government of India, the Ministry of MSME, the Udyam Registration portal or the Government e-Marketplace. The rules, fees and processes of those portals apply and can change. We do not guarantee that a registration will be approved, that any scheme benefit will be available or that any order or sale will result.

Our work depends on the information and documents you provide and on systems we do not control, such as insurer platforms, government portals and banks. Delays, downtime or changes in rules can affect timelines and outcomes, and we cannot guarantee any particular timeline or result. Services are subject to availability.

Your relationship with an insurer, fund house or other provider is governed by that provider's own documents and terms. Please read them, including policy wording, scheme information documents and portal terms, before you proceed.

Any fee for our assistance will be communicated to you before the work begins. It is separate from premiums, investment amounts and any fee charged by a government portal or platform.

• Read the documents and terms of the product or portal you choose.
• Keep your passwords, OTPs and other credentials confidential.
• Use this website lawfully.

The Shiva Financial Services name, logo and the content of this website belong to Shiva Financial Services. Please do not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from market movements, decisions of insurers or fund houses, changes to government portals or your reliance on general information. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
